Exercise 1: 10 worst traits
- write down your 10 worst traits that cause you the most difficulties in your life right now. Negative traits that limits you from your place of abundance or make you somehow feel not enough.
- write down your mother's 10 traits & your father's 10 traits that caused you the most pain when you were in your childhood. Sin of a mother/father for you as a child.

Exercise 2: จับกลุ่ม 3 คน ผลัดกันเล่า (อีก 2 คนฟังเฉยๆ)
- แต่ละคน เล่าเรื่อง 1 เรื่องเกี่ยวกับ 1 worst trait ของแม่ (5-8 นาที) วนกันจนครบทุกคน

(A) เรา Adopting เอามาเป็น trait ของตัวเอง
(R) Rebellion against / do the opposite กับ trait นั้น
- โดยเฉพาะของแม่ ไม่มี traits ไหนที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับเราเลย แม้แต่อันเดียว
- สิ่งที่เรา rebellion against ลองนึกดูดีๆ เราก็ยังมีมันอยู่ในรูปแบบอื่นๆ เช่น แม่ติดเหล้า เราไม่ดื่มเลย แต่เราก็อาจจะมี other form of addiction ในชีวิต // เราไม่มีอิสระจากมัน

- คนทำผิดแล้วหนีไป แต่ยิ่งใกล้จะโดนจับได้ ก็ยิ่งสร้างความเชื่อมาบอกตัวเอง เป็น apostal เพื่อให้ everything is justify as part of his mission
- คิดว่าตัวเองเป็น 8 อยู่ 7 ปี แต่พอพบว่าตัวเองเป็น 1 เห็นว่าความโกรธเกิดจาก over assertiveness, sense of conquerness / entitlement

Worry: Self Preservation 1 (warm heat)
- Perfecting self. Anger is not shown. Want to fight out anger.
- Worry all the time to be kind, to be intelligent, not to make mistake, etc. Constant worry on possibility not to be perfect (self)

Social 1 (white heat)
- Perfect. Not doubting. Feel that they are doing alright/great/fine. Always right.
- dedicate self to higher causes, to create an image of superiority. Care more about form, than substance.
- sense the anger in distance. In the form of criticism, .... half counter type. Anger turn into...
- speak in such a way that we feel they are someone who know precisely what is the right things to say.

- not driven type. Have big IT, pleasing themselves.
SelfPres 2: Privileged / Childlike
- counter type. Wanting to be loved for themselves, not for what they do. Can seem to be selfish. Can easily say "I want". Tantrum
- Childlike type. Look childish/ whimsical. Not very responsible.
- Children have authority, know that just being a child, the can get their needs met.
- I get things because of how cute/silly/goofy I am. Seduction of parents.
Sexual 2: Feme fatal / prince charming
- freedom of expression of feelings / flamboyant / spectacular /
- the only things important in life for sexual 2 is love. The dream is to find somebody who can satisfy everything. Want to be loved passionately. Impossible to be substituted. The kind of love that only they can give, not others.
Social 2: Ambition / Giver
- important ones / want to be somebody / a little stuff up / leadership ability
- Napoleon style. powerful type. Emulating Alexander the great. And Julias Ceasar.
- make love and war
- so2, the look are not brilliant, but important. Monumental. Sense of importance.
- able to get troops to fight for the glory of the country (not for himself) // battle for a great causes // can kill lots of people for country
- can be a good students // be intellectual
- over mothering, choking the help to others,
- transforming the part that wanting love toward give. Take position of a giver. Poor you, I will give to you as you are lacking (covering up the poor aspect of oneself) // compensating the sense of lack with act of abundance

Want to be seen perfect.
antidote ของการเติบโต 3: You can't quit the script if you haven't seen your script.
Sexual 3 :
- oriented to pleasing, specifically being attractive, not so sexual. More shy than other 3
- substitute own capacity to enjoy (3 is difficult to feel pleasure) feel more easy if someone else is enjoy it for you, passive pleasure, so oriented to pleasing others
- can be dependent
- transform into neurotic needs to pleasing in every way. Develop the kind of look that is valuable to sell toothpaste, the kind of smile that is valuable to advertising.
- I don't know why they follow me on the street. I had no intention, no desire to attract people. So sexual, but didn't think they intended to. ยกแขนโชว์รักแร้ คนเคลิ้มมาก ก็ยกอีกแขน ทำไปทำไมพักใหญ่แล้วบอกว่า I only did it for myself.
- having difficulty speaking of themselves. Shy & secrecy. Confusing themselves as 5 or 4
Social 3
- all American type. Running after success, goal & triumph. Feel I could do anything. Strongest of the 3
- prestige: being seen. From childhood of not being seen enough. Let's be shine. Have social graces even if they didn't find what they want to do with life, but they act like they have the right voice, appropriate posture. Look good. act good. Appear like a doctor, I know what I do.
- outspoken, own department of public relation / propaganda. Shining.
- seduction of a social type. Creating bonds of friendship in a way.
SP3:
- counter 3. Seeking to be virtues, not vain. คล้าย SP3 แต่ have more sunshine than SP4
- wanting to be perfect to be loved. don't need department of propaganda because I am real. I am good.
- want to appear competent
- more motherly. Autonomous. Doesn't want to depend on somebody else
- try so much to be good. อาจจะคิดว่าตัวเองเป็น 9 หรือ 1
- security type. Insecure inwardly, but need to embody security outwardly. People often come to sp3 because sp3 seek so sure of his/herself

- Spanish: suffer too much / long suffering (know how to suffer) / insufferable
- most feeling is the 4: suffer so convincingly. Manipulating suffer for suffering to get love
- for authenticity 4 ดีกว่า 2
Social 4: SAD4
- concentrate on a sense of lack, weepy
- I'm so thirsty bla bla อยากกินน้ำมาก พอมีคนไปหยิบน้ำไปให้กิน oh, how thirsty was I.
- if I suffer enough, people will bring me water. Suffering of the past, keep the memory to suffer.
- carry on the suffering of the family. Suffering of others seem legitimate (suffer for goodness)
- compare to others and compare to idealism then almost always feel "less than" "one down"
- hatred envy and sometime self hate
- compare disadvantageously. Inferiority. You are not good enough. Self depressing. Making yourself feel bad. Weepy
Sexual 4: Angry4
- competitive envy. still rotten inside, but become arrogance on the surface.
- disdainful, hateful, scream like nobody
- life has not been fair to me. I was victimized by life. Working hard to try not to feel like a victim. Life owe me something - it is not fair. But try to be strong, not wanting people to see that I am weak
- change the rule a little bit to be angry: it's not so bad to be bad
SP 4: Dauntless 4
- look more like a 1. Don't want to become envy. Passion of self demanding (instead of demanding from the world) - ตามหา perfection. Have lots of rules and regulations
- playfulness like a 7. Deny envy
- make decision to take care of oneself. Getting oneself being used to frustration, stoic value to train oneself to endure the pain. Masochistic: attitude toward pain

- believe that once you know, you will be alright. 5 don't believe in practice. Just to know
- psychoanalysis believe 5 is incurable 😅
- view of a prosecutor inside, but lives like a victim on the outside
- seem out of touch. Lack human interaction
- Antidote for 5: Sex. Surrender. Letting what happen, happen. Let yourself be moved.
SP5 (castle / rabbit hole)
- doing without the world. Implied distrust. Easy to give up the world.
- Didn't have enough mother bonding. Learn to be on their own. แต่ Narranjo ก็มีแม่ที่อบอุ่นไม่รู้ทำไมเป็น 5. Deprivation. Narranjo ไม่อยากมีพี่น้อง เพราะกลัวจะได้น้อยลง it wouldn't be enough to share
- Narranjo didn't believe that love was true. Think that love is only manipulative 1+1 = -1 better be free from give and take because you have to give more than take
- most autonomous. Bold in what sp5 said. Dare authorities. Faithful to self. Purity of own feelings.
- anxiety to be exposed in the world

- 5 คนนึง went from hyper sensitive teens to numb 20's (girlfriend got pregnant). Don't feel much in body and don't experience deep emotion. People drained energy.
- ใช้เงินเยอะมากกับที่พัก เงินเดือน 2000 เช่าบ้าน 1600 อย่างอื่นไม่ใช้เลย อยากอยู่ชั้นสูงสุด จะได้ใกลคน และไม่มีคนอยู่ข้างบน ปลอดภัย
